Our unique approach, deep research, evidence and verification, proprietary software and databases identify issues that a title company or other auditors may not see. Following is only one event that TitleTracs verified and witnessed by our own attorneys:

JPM Chase did NOT automatically get Washington Mutual loans in the FDIC receivership. This was confirmed by conference calls with FDIC officials, asking the 'right' questions. Chase took over Washington Mutual BANK - not Washington Mutual INC. where securitization of mortgages took place. Chase only bought the SERVICING rights to WaMu Loans, yet are claiming ownership via millions of recorded assignments using false authorization from the FDIC.

You can't legally authorize something you know nothing about, let alone alleging to have bought something you did not buy - the FDIC was prohibited from seeing the loan files in the receivership having no knowledge whatsoever of what was in them. Yet they keep renewing the Limited Power of Attorney that allows Chase to continuously record millions of false Assignments of Mortgage for not only WaMu but for other failed banks as well.
